Graduation exhibition 2019
Parcours is the final exhibition at the Münster School of Design. A creative playground. A place where ‘work and pleasure’ can be mentioned in the same sentence. The cross-disciplinary project as an unconventional working environment. Not just a catalog for the exhibition, but an institution that has set itself the task of bringing ideas to life. A place to learn, a place to grow, and a place that is still growing itself. A goal, a dream with a deadline: the task is to visualize a complex chain of themes in the context of reflection and evaluation of creative narrative structures. Qualification and classification of the environment and target groups. Communication design and creative authorship to better bring together graduates, their themes, and their respective audiences.

In the project the entire spectrum of contemporary event communication is being developed. Starting with exhibition design, analog and digital catalogs, exhibition teasers, graduate portraits in moving images, invitations, posters, and extending to communicative support via social media. Together with 12 fellow students, both the concept and the implementation were decided, designed and realised. During this time, the Parcours team functions as an in-house agency of the MSD. Its tasks include the design and conceptual as well as the economic organisation of the event. The exhibition of Bachelor's and Master's theses has been taking place for several years and has already become well known through previous semesters. Independently of the exhibition of all final theses, the course weekend also serves to present the MSD to the outside world.
