Studium Planetare is a two-year, student-initiated pilot project by Klasse Klima in collaboration with the Studium Generale at the Berlin University of the Arts. The programme offers students and teachers at the UdK and beyond an interdisciplinary range of courses on climate justice and planetary futures. The challenge was to give this evolving initiative a clear digital home: a website that documents the programme, presents the curriculum, and lets the Klasse Klima team manage their courses and events independently going forward.

Working closely with developer Philipp Proff and the Klasse Klima team, I started by defining target audiences, core functionalities, and content requirements. From these conversations I built an information architecture with dedicated sections for About, Curriculum, Calendar, Archive, and Contact, making sure the navigation felt intuitive rather than bureaucratic. I then developed responsive design mockups and a consistent visual language that reflects the programme's ecological and collaborative spirit.

Result
A live, responsive website that gives Studium Planetare a coherent public presence and makes the programme accessible to students, educators, and external audiences across devices.
